Consistency is the name of the game in the National Handicapping Contest qualifiers and Bruce Fleury and Jack Sparks used Today's Racing Digest to win the July 12 - 13 qualifier at Surfside Race Place at Del Mar. Nowhere else can I get this info on a first time starter in Northern California. The horse wins at $30.40, a nice price, and I key him in a pick 3 which pays $607.40.
