B C Glory Days: Look for Rider Upgrade For Improvement

Made a nice little run along the rail around the turn and looked like a win threat entering the stretch. However, the jock just seemed to settle for a minor award as he was not riding that hard in the stretch and just used the whip every 10 strides or so. Look for a rider upgrade for possible improvement.
